Cartoonist Bill Day never fails to prove the point that a picture – in his case, a cartoon – is worth a thousand words, Former Memphian and Commercial Appeal cartoonist, he is the recipient of numerous professional awards. He is two-time winner of the RFK Journalism award in Cartooning which is given to cartoonists whose work reflects Senator Robert F. Kennedy’s concerns for human rights, social justice, and the power of individual action. Bill’s cartoons are syndicated by Cagle Cartoons.
