These statistics clearly show the huge gap between Memphis and everywhere else. It’s no wonder Memphis is so far behind. These enormous gaps will be impossible to overcome. Depressing stats, but this is our reality.

Ouch, these numbers are not good
What the stats show is Memphis is a poor town- the numbers for whites or blacks is not the kind that can support the kind of taxes the city needs regardless of income disparity.
