On Sunday, April 10th, from 2 to 7pm, many residents of the historic East Buntyn neighborhood will be hosting an arts fair unlike any other held in Memphis.
Arts and handicrafts will be on display on residents’ front lawns and porches. Over three dozen artists from the East Buntyn neighborhood, as well as the Memphis area, will be participating. Various media will be represented, including paintings, photography, jewelry, stain-glass, pottery, watercolors, ceramics, metalworks, woodworks, and handmade clothing and accessories.
The East Buntyn neighborhood encompasses homes from Central Avenue south to Southern Avenue, between Highland Street and Greer Street. This area is located between the University of Memphis and Memphis Country Club.
Admission to this event is free. The public is invited to walk around the neighborhood to view and purchase arts and handicrafts. Complimentary maps showing the exact location of each participant will be distributed on the day of the event at St. James Anglican Church (corner of Prescott Street & Midland Avenue).

In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed one week to Sunday, April 17.
